NEW APPLIANCE RETURN POLICY

CUSTOMERS ARE TO REGISTER THEIR PRODUCT WITH THE MANUFACTURER AFTER PURCHASE.

Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. Forno products include a two-year parts and labor warranty. Midea products include a two-year parts and labor warranty on most items (ask associate for details). Dan’s Appliance and Mattress does not return or exchange defective products. Any product that is defective must be processed through the manufacturer. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. NOTE: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem. 

Damaged Products: Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. A new product of the same make/model will be scheduled to be delivered with no additional delivery charge. If you no longer want the product a refund for the product will be issued. There are NO refunds on delivery fees. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on purchased floor models found to have cosmetic damage. Dan’s Appliance and Mattress does not refund, return, or exchange any product for cosmetic damaged discovered after the customer has loaded and hauled the product from the store themselves. We will assist the customer with getting a replacement part to the best of our ability, however, there is no guarantee that the manufacturer will send one. 

The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Refunds will be given if returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in all original packaging. Any returned products must be free from cosmetic damage. Dan’s Appliance and Mattress reserves the right to inspect and reject any product that does not meet these requirements. DELIVERED PRODUCTS IN USE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Delivery fees are not refundable. 

Special order products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee---even if not yet delivered--- and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box. Special order products include but are not limited to:  wall ovens, cooktops, built-in microwaves, drawer microwaves, dual-fuel ranges, hood fans, built-in style refrigeration, specialty colors and specialty sizes.  

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they complete the sales transaction at the store. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.  

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR MATTRESSES

Exchanges are only allowed for mattresses sold at or above the sale price of $699.00. Any discounts that drop the original sale price to less than $699.00 do not qualify for an exchange. Refunds are not offered on mattresses.  

A new mattress has an adjustment period. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your body to adjust to your new mattress before you form a final opinion. In the event that you cannot adjust to your new mattress, we will exchange it for you. Due to the adjustment cycle, we will not perform exchanges before 30 days or after 90 days from the time of delivery (with the exception of Puffy mattresses which have a 101-night sleep trial). Should you wish to exercise your exchange option, please make an appointment with your original salesperson. We do not offer refunds.

The following exchange restrictions will apply:

· The exchange guarantee is limited to one exchange only. The replacement mattress must be the SAME SIZE and equal or greater value to the mattress on the original order. 

· Any discounts received at the time of purchase do not apply to the exchange. The replacement mattress will be sold at the current tagged sale price.

· Exchanges are not available on floor samples, clearance or close-out merchandise, custom sizes, customer reselection returns, and mattress protectors, sheets or pillows.

· No refunds or exchanges on adjustable bases.

· The original mattress must have all labels still attached and be undamaged and in clean and sanitary condition. Stains/soiling, missing/removed law tags, bed bugs, and/or strong odors (including but not limited to smoke, pet odor, human waste, perfume) that are detected when the mattress is returned will void all warranties and guarantees.

· A mattress protector must have been purchased with the mattress and on the same invoice and put on the mattress before use. 

· The mattress must have been used with an appropriate foundation

· Service and delivery fees are non-refundable.

· A $99 exchange fee applies to all exchange orders. This is to help cover the loss on the exchanged mattress and any re-delivery fees.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds on unopened/unused pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) with the exception of adjustable bases and special orders.

Cancelations can be done on stocked items only prior to delivery.
